A world shaped like a closed torus (a donut-shaped world). The world is located in the plane of the torus's equator, bordered in the rear half by a mountain range that transitions into hills, which quickly merge into a plain. On the plain in the center of the world is the ring of the collider's ground portion (the ring's radius is half the radius of the torus). Within the collider's ring is a territory divided into four equally sized segments (the segments are described below in counterclockwise order). One segment contains a park and a pond, the pond being closer to the center. The second segment contains a residential community of one- and two-story buildings. The third segment contains a scientific laboratory studying the processes occurring in the collider. The fourth segment contains an abandoned military unit shaped like the letter U. At the center of the collider's ring is the building of the fusion power plant. Beyond the outer edge of the collider's ring, a small lake is located at the bottom. The river originates in the mountains at the top of the world, encircles the collider ring on the left, and flows into a lake. To the right of the collider, a small stream flows, which also flows into the lake. Several settlements are located outside the collider ring. The first, from the top left (northwest), is a large urban settlement, located closer to the ring. The second from the top (north), is a small settlement, closer to the mountains. The third from the top right (northeast), is a small settlement. The fourth from the bottom left (southwest), is a small settlement on the shore of a lake, with a boat dock. The fourth from the bottom right (southeast), is a very small settlement on the shore of a lake, with a boat dock. Below the settlement in the northeast are vineyards, with some fields around the settlements; the rest of the area beyond the outer boundary of the collider is mostly forested. The style is realistic, with details, reminiscent of a photograph taken at an angle of about 45 degrees from a distance.
